Everything you need to know
Detailed information about this piece — tap a section to expand.
In a modern interior world dominated by industrial lines and rigid angles, this sculptural wall shelf emerges as a breath of fresh air. It is not just a storage unit, but a hand-finished masterpiece crafted from solid wood, designed to bring a rhythmic, organic flow to the static surfaces of your home.
The Soul of Authentic Solid Wood
The defining allure of this piece lies in its premium solid wood construction. Unlike mass-produced synthetic alternatives, the character of real timber is showcased through its intricate grain, unique natural textures, and the unmistakable warmth it radiates. Every inch of the wood is meticulously finished to highlight its organic origins, creating a tactile depth that develops a beautiful patina over time. Owning a piece of solid wood is a statement of refined taste - an investment in timeless quality that connects your interior to the living world.
Why Choose This Piece? Artistry Meets Real Function
What sets this shelf apart - and why it is the superior choice for your home - is the masterful blend of "Sculptural Form" and "Practical Utility":
- Sculptural Elegance: The wave-like contours are hand-sculpted to mimic the fluid ebb and flow of nature. It transforms a blank wall into a private art gallery, adding a soft, organic touch that breaks the monotony of modern architectural lines.
- True Functional Utility: Despite its ethereal silhouette, the shelf is engineered for daily life. The flat top surface provides a stable, sturdy platform for your favorite literature, handcrafted pottery, or lush indoor greenery.
- Invisible Floating Support: Featuring a professional-grade hidden mounting system, the shelf appears to hover weightlessly on the wall. This "invisible" installation maintains a clean, minimalist silhouette, making it a perfect harmony for Japandi, Wabi-sabi, or Organic Modern interiors.
Ideal Placement & Styling
This versatile sculptural piece is designed to shine in various settings:
- The Living Room: Positioned as a central accent piece above a sofa to anchor the room’s design with a natural focal point.
- The Entryway: Create an immediate sense of calm and luxury for guests the moment they walk through the door.
- The Study or Creative Studio: To foster an environment of inspiration where nature’s curves encourage creative thinking.
Honest Limitations
At Ashdeco, we value transparency. Because each shelf is born from natural solid wood, the grain patterns and the exact undulations of the carved edges are unique to every single piece; your unit will be truly one-of-a-kind, which may lead to minor variations from the catalog image. Additionally, as the shelf is designed for aesthetic elegance and uses a floating mount, we recommend using it for decorative items and medium-weight objects. Avoid overloading with excessive weight to ensure the long-term integrity of the wall mount and the wood's structural balance.
Tailored to Your Sanctuary (Custom Sizes Available)
We understand that every wall has its own dimensions and every home its own story. This design is fully available for Custom Size requests, allowing us to tailor the length and scale to perfectly harmonize with your specific interior layout.
Furniture Placement
- Position your furniture away from direct sunlight, or use blinds or curtains to reduce sun exposure.
- Always set your furniture on a level surface to preserve its balance and structure.
Cleaning & Upkeep
- Regularly wipe down your furniture with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia, as these can ruin the finish and damage the wood.
Weight Capacity & Use
- Respect the recommended weight limit for each piece to ensure its durability.
- When moving furniture, lift it instead of dragging or pushing to prevent surface scratches or joint damage.
Preventing Mold & Mildew
- Quickly wipe up any spills to stop moisture from penetrating the wood.
- In areas with high humidity, use a dehumidifier to maintain an ideal moisture balance.

No two tables are ever the same
Every plank carries its own grain, color, and knots. These aren't flaws - they are time's signature, the fingerprint of a tree that lived for decades. When you touch a Ashdeco table, you're touching the years it stood through.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about our pieces, commissions, and care.
How long does shipping take?
In Vietnam: 3-5 days. International: 10-14 days. Larger pieces (tables, cabinets) may take longer due to custom crating. All shipments include tracking and insurance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated by weight + dimensions at checkout. You'll see the exact quote before paying.
How long does a commission take?
4-8 weeks depending on complexity. A 6-seater dining table takes ~6 weeks, a console cabinet ~4 weeks, a large sideboard ~8 weeks.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
50% deposit is required when you confirm sketches. The remaining 50% is due when the piece is finished, before shipping. Full refund within 48 hours of deposit if you change your mind.
How do I take care of my wood piece?
Wipe with a damp cloth — no chemicals. Apply wood oil 1-2 times per year (we include a starter bottle). Avoid direct sunlight and big humidity changes.
What if my piece develops cracks?
Wood expands and contracts with humidity — minor cracks are natural and part of the material. Major cracks within the first year: we fix free. After 1 year, we charge labor only.
Can I return a piece?
Ready-made pieces: 30-day returns (must arrive intact). Commissions: final sale (since they're custom-made for you). If anything arrives damaged, we'll repair or replace at no cost.
