The final product is exactly what we wanted. The best part of the process was the communication. Our support person was Phoebe. She has perfect English, great listening and skills and great follow up. It made the process go seamlessly. The quality of the pieces themselves are very good. The seams where the parts come together do show, and likely a darker stain would be better. But overall, we are very happy.
We really love the way the table looks! It adds a beautiful rustic feel to our little surf shack by the beach. The customer service team is very thorough with providing updates & ensuring customer satisfaction.

We had no problem unpacking and putting the tree together. There were no directions, but my husband was able to match the pieces by the lable on each piece. One of the limbs was chipped. We are delighted with the coffee table we ordered from Ashdeco. From the day we ordered the table until the day it arrived, we enjoyed excellent customer service and, in the end, a gorgeous piece of furniture that will be with us for many years to come. The company not only kept us abreast of its work, but it also sent us photographs and invitations to make adjustments along the way. At one point, we were not especially happy with the way the table had been stained. Instead of offering excuses, Ashdeco responded with a humble apology and promised to do whatever was necessary to make it right. The result was a beautiful piece of furniture and two very happy customers. One more important point: When you order custom-made furniture, it may take a little more time for the product to arrive. So expect the process to take six to eight weeks from start to finish.

Excellent communication and a beautiful job of crafting the artwork exactly according to my requests. The pieces were carefully packed and shipped in sturdy crates, which was very thoughtful and ensured that everything arrived in perfect condition. Now I can enjoy these beautiful pieces every time I’m in my study room. I shared photos with my family and friends, and everyone praised the artwork—especially my grandson, whose Titanic LEGO and a small piece of artwork are displayed in the top vase. I love our new bath caddy. The custom piece of wood is beautiful and I cannot wait to accessorize it to create that spa-like feel in our bathroom. Our bathtub is an unusual size so it was hard to find a standard bath caddy that would fit. I was able to send them the measurements of the tub and pictures so they could create a piece that would fit perfectly. From start to finish, they were in constant communication with me to make sure I was 100% satisfied. It even arrived sooner than expected so I was able to put it under the tree for Christmas.

I love my tree bookcase! We struggled a bit at first trying to install the shelves with the hardware provided. After a few emails back and forth, we finally decided to order different hardware from Amazon. That made the setup easy and gave us the clean look we wanted with no visible hardware.

Love the table and the craftsmanship! Two things to be aware of: - The table was quite hard to assemble-we had to sand a lot to get the mortise and tenon joints to fit properly. - The finish turned out much darker than what we originally ordered. We asked about it during the progress photos and were told it wasn't dark, but in person it looks more like dark walnut. I'd recommend clearly requesting a lighter finish before they do the staining.

I'll start by saying how happy we are with the piece now that it's installed. It is a true statement work of art and so much more than just a table and shelves. It has a dramatic impact in our room and everyone who sees it loves it. Ashdeco worked with us to adjust the size to fit our space and was great about emailing details and updates. This table is something we'll keep in our family for years. The whole process went very smoothly and the communication was always helpful and on time. Once the piece was finished, delivery was quick. It was packed extremely well, and even though taking out the parts and putting them together was a bit tricky, I would definitely do it again. I love my table, it truly feels like a work of art.

Our remodel isn't finished yet, but everyone already loves the vanity in the powder room. It's a mountain home and this tree vanity fits the space perfectly. Shipping was quick and the whole process was very smooth. The tariff was only $133, so it still ended up costing less than a plain vanity from the US. Ashdeco even messaged that they would cover it, but UPS needed payment before delivery, so that wasn't their fault. I love it and will definitely be ordering more from them. Highly recommend!
