All consultations (Virtual, Custom Design, Quick Q&A) are 100% free with no obligation. The only paid option is the Physical Sample Kit shipped to your door ($25 + shipping) — but you can see all our wood samples live during any video call at no cost.
Submit a request and our team will reach out via email to confirm interest and shipping address. We will then send you a secure payment link ($25 + shipping cost based on location). The kit is shipped within 3-5 business days and the $25 is credited toward your first order of $1500 or more.
Our team is based in Hanoi (UTC+7), but we offer slots that work for North America (mornings + evenings ET/PT) and Europe (afternoons CET). Australia/Asia-Pacific has the easiest overlap.
