At Ashdeco, we are committed to delivering your order safely, on time, and with care. Every package is prepared carefully, and we do our best to keep you updated throughout the shipping process.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Estimated Delivery Time
The total delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Please note:
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will usually be processed on the next business day.
- During holidays, promotional periods, or times of high order volume, processing and shipping may take longer than usual.
- If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.
Tracking Information
- Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be sent to your email within 1–2 business days.
- You can use this tracking number to check your shipment on the carrier’s website or on the tracking page on our website.
Changes to Shipping Address or Order Details
- If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.
- Once your order has entered processing, changes may no longer be possible. In some cases, approved updates may require an additional 1–2 business days for handling.
- Please send your request to support@ashdeco.com and include your order number along with the correct information.
Tracking Delays
- Please allow 1–2 business days after shipment for tracking updates to appear.
- If your tracking number does not show movement after 3 business days, please contact us at support@ashdeco.com so we can check it for you.
Missing Items
- If any item is missing from your package, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will review the issue and work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.
Delayed Delivery
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 2 business days after the expected delivery date.
- Our team will review the shipment status and help you with the next steps.
