Elevate your space with this breathtaking hand-sculpted floating shelf, a true statement piece that brings the raw beauty of nature indoors. Carefully carved from premium solid wood, this shelf celebrates the wood’s natural live edges, flowing organic curves, and rich character. Every contour is thoughtfully shaped by hand, resulting in a unique sculptural design that no two pieces can ever be identical.
Why This Shelf Stands Out:
-
100% Solid Wood Construction: Experience the genuine weight, warmth, and depth that only real solid wood delivers. You’ll notice the substantial thickness, beautiful natural grain patterns, and unique knots - all preserved to showcase the authentic texture and beauty of timber. Over time, the wood develops a rich, natural patina that grows more characterful with age.
-
Artistic Yet Functional Design: The sculptural, flowing support underneath is not just decorative - it provides strong, stable support for the wide live-edge top. This shelf is built for real everyday use: display books, artwork, ceramics, vases, plants, candles, or your most treasured collectibles with confidence.
-
Timeless Organic Aesthetic: The fluid, nature-inspired shape creates beautiful light and shadow play on your wall. It complements Japandi, Wabi-Sabi, Modern Rustic, Mid-Century, Scandinavian, and Contemporary interiors beautifully.
Perfect Placement Ideas:
Ideal for living rooms, entryways, hallways, above consoles, beds, sofas, or in dining areas. Its elongated design makes it a perfect focal point above a sideboard, in a gallery wall, or as a minimalist display shelf in any room.

Honest Limitations (Transparency is important to us):
-
Being made from natural solid wood, each piece features its own unique grain, live-edge variations, knots, and slight color differences - these are beautiful natural characteristics, never defects.
-
Wood tone may evolve subtly over time with exposure to sunlight.
-
Not intended for outdoor use or areas with high humidity or direct water contact. Gentle cleaning with a dry or lightly damp soft cloth is recommended.
Simple & Secure Installation: Designed with a strong hidden mounting system for a clean floating effect. Detailed instructions are provided, along with guidance on choosing the right wall anchors for your wall type.
This is more than a shelf - it is a handcrafted work of functional art that brings warmth, texture, and soul into your home. In a world of mass-produced furniture, this piece offers something truly special: authenticity, craftsmanship, and natural beauty that improves with time.
Furniture Placement
- Position your furniture away from direct sunlight, or use blinds or curtains to reduce sun exposure.
- Always set your furniture on a level surface to preserve its balance and structure.
Cleaning & Upkeep
- Regularly wipe down your furniture with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia, as these can ruin the finish and damage the wood.
Weight Capacity & Use
- Respect the recommended weight limit for each piece to ensure its durability.
- When moving furniture, lift it instead of dragging or pushing to prevent surface scratches or joint damage.
Preventing Mold & Mildew
- Quickly wipe up any spills to stop moisture from penetrating the wood.
- In areas with high humidity, use a dehumidifier to maintain an ideal moisture balance.

No two tables are ever the same
Every plank carries its own grain, color, and knots. These aren't flaws - they are time's signature, the fingerprint of a tree that lived for decades. When you touch a Ashdeco table, you're touching the years it stood through.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about our pieces, commissions, and care.
How long does shipping take?
In Vietnam: 3-5 days. International: 10-14 days. Larger pieces (tables, cabinets) may take longer due to custom crating. All shipments include tracking and insurance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated by weight + dimensions at checkout. You'll see the exact quote before paying.
How long does a commission take?
4-8 weeks depending on complexity. A 6-seater dining table takes ~6 weeks, a console cabinet ~4 weeks, a large sideboard ~8 weeks.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
50% deposit is required when you confirm sketches. The remaining 50% is due when the piece is finished, before shipping. Full refund within 48 hours of deposit if you change your mind.
How do I take care of my wood piece?
Wipe with a damp cloth — no chemicals. Apply wood oil 1-2 times per year (we include a starter bottle). Avoid direct sunlight and big humidity changes.
What if my piece develops cracks?
Wood expands and contracts with humidity — minor cracks are natural and part of the material. Major cracks within the first year: we fix free. After 1 year, we charge labor only.
Can I return a piece?
Ready-made pieces: 30-day returns (must arrive intact). Commissions: final sale (since they're custom-made for you). If anything arrives damaged, we'll repair or replace at no cost.
