Everything you need to know
Detailed information about this piece — tap a section to expand.
In a world of mass-produced, linear furniture, this sculptural wall shelf stands as a testament to individuality and organic beauty. This is more than a mere storage unit - it is a hand-sculpted piece of art crafted from solid wood, designed to breathe life and character into your sanctuary.
The Soul of Solid Wood
The defining characteristic of this piece is its raw, authentic material. We use only high-quality solid wood, ensuring that every shelf carries the unique DNA of the tree it came from. Unlike veneer or engineered alternatives, the soul of the wood is visible in every grain pattern, natural knot, and subtle color shift. You can feel the warmth and density of the timber - a tactile experience that matures beautifully over time. This "perfect imperfection" is what defines the Wabi-sabi aesthetic, ensuring that your shelf is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece that can never be replicated.
Artistic Sculpture with Real Function
What sets this piece apart is the seamless transition between form and function. Each branch and curve is meticulously hand-sculpted to mimic the fluid growth of nature. The centerpiece - a stunning wooden arc at the base - provides structural integrity while creating a rhythmic, biomorphic flow that softens the rigid lines of modern architecture.
Despite its ethereal appearance, this is a fully functional storage solution. The three-tier staggered shelving system is engineered to be sturdy and reliable. Whether you are displaying your curated book collection, a thriving succulent, or cherished artisanal ceramics, the shelves provide a stable and elegant platform for your most meaningful objects.
Ideal Placement & Styling
With its Organic Modern and Japandi influence, this shelf thrives in spaces that value tranquility and craftsmanship:
- Living Room: Positioned above a sofa, it acts as a living centerpiece that replaces traditional wall art.
- Entryway: Create an immediate sense of calm and warmth for guests the moment they step inside.
- Home Office: Incorporate an element of the outdoors to inspire creativity and reduce stress during the workday.
Honest Limitations
At Ashdeco, we believe in transparency. Because this shelf is born from natural solid wood, the specific curvature and grain pattern may vary slightly from the catalog image depending on the raw timber available. Furthermore, while the shelf is built for daily use, its sculptural and delicate branches are best suited for decorative items and medium-weight books. To preserve the longevity of the hidden mounting system, we recommend avoiding excessively heavy or oversized equipment.
Tailored to Your Space (Custom Sizes Available)
Every wall tells a different story, and we are happy to help you write yours. This design is fully customizable to fit your specific dimensions. Whether you need a compact version for a cozy nook or a grand, sprawling installation for a high-ceiling gallery, our craftsmen are ready to bring your vision to life.
Furniture Placement
- Position your furniture away from direct sunlight, or use blinds or curtains to reduce sun exposure.
- Always set your furniture on a level surface to preserve its balance and structure.
Cleaning & Upkeep
- Regularly wipe down your furniture with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia, as these can ruin the finish and damage the wood.
Weight Capacity & Use
- Respect the recommended weight limit for each piece to ensure its durability.
- When moving furniture, lift it instead of dragging or pushing to prevent surface scratches or joint damage.
Preventing Mold & Mildew
- Quickly wipe up any spills to stop moisture from penetrating the wood.
- In areas with high humidity, use a dehumidifier to maintain an ideal moisture balance.

No two tables are ever the same
Every plank carries its own grain, color, and knots. These aren't flaws - they are time's signature, the fingerprint of a tree that lived for decades. When you touch a Ashdeco table, you're touching the years it stood through.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about our pieces, commissions, and care.
How long does shipping take?
In Vietnam: 3-5 days. International: 10-14 days. Larger pieces (tables, cabinets) may take longer due to custom crating. All shipments include tracking and insurance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated by weight + dimensions at checkout. You'll see the exact quote before paying.
How long does a commission take?
4-8 weeks depending on complexity. A 6-seater dining table takes ~6 weeks, a console cabinet ~4 weeks, a large sideboard ~8 weeks.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
50% deposit is required when you confirm sketches. The remaining 50% is due when the piece is finished, before shipping. Full refund within 48 hours of deposit if you change your mind.
How do I take care of my wood piece?
Wipe with a damp cloth — no chemicals. Apply wood oil 1-2 times per year (we include a starter bottle). Avoid direct sunlight and big humidity changes.
What if my piece develops cracks?
Wood expands and contracts with humidity — minor cracks are natural and part of the material. Major cracks within the first year: we fix free. After 1 year, we charge labor only.
Can I return a piece?
Ready-made pieces: 30-day returns (must arrive intact). Commissions: final sale (since they're custom-made for you). If anything arrives damaged, we'll repair or replace at no cost.
