Chris Wu handles most of the custom-size orders at Ashdeco - the strange ones, the complicated ones, the “are we even sure this can work?” kind of projects. Crooked walls, awkward corners, unusual dimensions, sketches drawn on napkins… somehow, those jobs usually end up on his workbench.

Most of the time, he reads the customer brief, nods once, and quietly gets to work.

He’s not the type to make big promises or dramatic speeches. But around the workshop, everyone knows one thing: more customers come back to order a second piece from Chris Wu than from anyone else on the team.

Which, in woodworking, is about the closest thing you get to a standing ovation.
