Weight Capacity & Use

• Respect the recommended weight limit for each piece to ensure its durability.
• When moving furniture, lift it instead of dragging or pushing to prevent surface scratches or joint damage.

Preventing Mold & Mildew

• Quickly wipe up any spills to stop moisture from penetrating the wood.
• In areas with high humidity, use a dehumidifier to maintain an ideal moisture balance.

Return Policy

You can return your item within 30 days of the delivery date.

Products must be damaged or broken, in their original condition, and have all tags still attached.

Please Note: Returns are only accepted for items with manufacturer defects or those damaged during shipping.

Ashdeco begins creating the piece.
The process generally takes 7–10 business days, depending on its complexity.

Step 3: Preliminary Review
Customers receive images and videos of the piece for an initial inspection.

Step 4: Final Refinements
Adjustments are made based on the customer’s feedback to ensure the piece meets their vision.

Step 5: Final Approval
The finished piece is presented to the customer through images and videos for a final review.

Step 6: Packaging & Delivery
The item is securely packed and shipped.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

What you will receive: 

• In the package: disassembled tree bookshelf, screws, and artificial leaves/flowers
• Via email: a step-by-step assembly guide video

What you will need: Drill, Screwdriver, Level, Hammer, Pencil

General steps (The assembly guide for each tree bookshelf will be sent to you after our dispatch):

1. Assemble the Tree Trunk

Begin by constructing the main vertical support—the "trunk" of your tree bookshelf. Ensure it's sturdy and level, as it will bear the weight of the shelves and their contents.

2. Mount the Shelves

Attach the shelves to the trunk, positioning them at varying heights and angles to mimic natural branches. Secure each shelf firmly, checking for levelness and stability.

3. Add Leaves and Flowers If Any

Enhance the tree-like appearance by adding decorative elements such as artificial leaves or flowers. These can be attached to the shelves or trunk, adding color and texture to the piece.

4. Final Touches

Inspect the assembled bookshelf for any loose components or uneven shelves. Make necessary adjustments to ensure safety and durability. Clean the surfaces and consider applying a finish to protect the wood and enhance its appearance

Modular Design for Large Items:

For large or non-solid pieces like tree bookshelves, console tables..., the final product will be crafted in modular sections with seamless wooden joints to ensure both easy assembly and visual continuity. This may not apply to floating shelves or solid-slab tables

Each item is made individually by hand, and natural wood variations ensure that no two pieces are exactly alike. We will send you progress updates with images during the crafting process and only ship with your approval

Standard Dimensions & Custom Requests:

• The default shelf depth for tree bookshelves is approximately 6 inches (15 cm).
• For floating shelves, table tops, and other parts, we will determine thickness to ensure proper strength and durability.
• If you have specific requests regarding these dimensions, please note them clearly at checkout so we can accommodate where possible.
