Everything you need to know
Detailed information about this piece — tap a section to expand.
What makes this end table truly unique is its origin. We don't laminate parts together. Our artisans carefully reveal the final form from one piece of heavy timber. This ensures that the warm, intricate grain patterns flow seamlessly from the heavy, grounded base, up through the dramatic, twisting stem, and across the perfect, round top. When you touch it, you feel the honest, dense character of the wood and the subtle variations that can only come from a hand-finished process, not a machine mold or a factory press.
Most end tables are static. They are boxes or have simple dowel legs. The Spiral Arbor End Table is dynamic. The stem doesn't just hold the top; it bends and twists, mimicking an ancient, petrified vine or a river-worn stone. This organic curvature adds a sense of movement to any room, turning a simple bedside or sofa companion into a stunning focal point. This isn't a factory duplicate; every curve is unique, determined by the artisan and the individual characteristics of the wood. This sculptural element makes it different, special, and a true work of art that is more than just a piece of furniture. It is functional sculpture for your home.
Don't let the art fool you-this is a solid wood table engineered for true function. The perfect round surface is perfectly level, robust enough to hold a substantial stack of books, a heavy ceramic vase with flowers, or a collection of your favorite small sculptures. The dense base makes it incredibly stable, so it won't tip easily. Its unique, organic form makes it suitable for a variety of placements:
- As a striking end table next to a minimalist sofa, breaking up clean lines.
- As a sophisticated, compact nightstand in a curated bedroom.
- As a singular statement piece in a reading nook or entryway.
Your Space, Your Vision: Fully Customizable
We understand that a unique space requires tailored solutions. That's why we offer extensive customization options. Our team can modify dimensions to fit your specific wall or sofa arrangement, or pair with an existing shelf arrangement. We can adjust the overall height, the diameter of the surface, and the intensity of the twist in the stem to perfectly match your aesthetic and space. Need a thicker, more robust top? We can do it. Significant size increases or changes in material thickness will incur an additional fee. Simply Contact Our Customer Support Team here to discuss your bespoke project.
Because this is a natural wood product, no two tables will be identical. The knots, unique color shifts, and specific grain patterns are determined by the tree itself. Small natural imperfections, like tiny checks (small cracks) that occur with seasoning, are not defects but proof of authenticity. This table is not suitable for outdoor use. Avoid placing it directly next to high-heat sources (fireplaces, registers) or in extremely humid environments. Periodic dusting with a soft cloth and occasional oiling with a wood conditioner is all the care it needs.
Furniture Placement
- Position your furniture away from direct sunlight, or use blinds or curtains to reduce sun exposure.
- Always set your furniture on a level surface to preserve its balance and structure.
Cleaning & Upkeep
- Regularly wipe down your furniture with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia, as these can ruin the finish and damage the wood.
Weight Capacity & Use
- Respect the recommended weight limit for each piece to ensure its durability.
- When moving furniture, lift it instead of dragging or pushing to prevent surface scratches or joint damage.
Preventing Mold & Mildew
- Quickly wipe up any spills to stop moisture from penetrating the wood.
- In areas with high humidity, use a dehumidifier to maintain an ideal moisture balance.

Dien Luc
Master Craftsman
Dien Luc grew up in the mountains of Nghe An, where wood wasn’t just a material - it was part of everyday language. He became known in the workshop for working with slabs full of knots, wild grain, and unpredictable patterns - the exact pieces most craftsmen quietly push to the side and hope someone else deals with.

Every plank carries its own grain, color, and knots. These aren't flaws - they are time's signature, the fingerprint of a tree that lived for decades. When you touch a Ashdeco table, you're touching the years it stood through.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about our pieces, commissions, and care.
How long does shipping take?
In Vietnam: 3-5 days. International: 10-14 days. Larger pieces (tables, cabinets) may take longer due to custom crating. All shipments include tracking and insurance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We offer free shipping on all orders.
How long does a commission take?
4-8 weeks depending on complexity. A 6-seater dining table takes ~6 weeks, a console cabinet ~4 weeks, a large sideboard ~8 weeks.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
50% deposit is required when you confirm sketches. The remaining 50% is due when the piece is finished, before shipping. Full refund within 48 hours of deposit if you change your mind.
How do I take care of my wood piece?
Wipe with a damp cloth — no chemicals. Apply wood oil 1-2 times per year (we include a starter bottle). Avoid direct sunlight and big humidity changes.
What if my piece develops cracks?
Wood expands and contracts with humidity — minor cracks are natural and part of the material. Major cracks within the first year: we fix free. After 1 year, we charge labor only.
Can I return a piece?
Ready-made pieces: 30-day returns (must arrive intact). Commissions: final sale (since they're custom-made for you). If anything arrives damaged, we'll repair or replace at no cost.
