Huan Ngo
Master Craftsman
Huan Ngo is the only man left in the workshop who still uses a hand saw for the very first cut - not because he doesn’t know how to use the machines, but because, as he puts it, “machines don’t know respect.”

Infuse your home with contemporary art and organic warmth with this hand-carved solid wood Sculptural End Table. Featuring a fluid, sweeping S-curve base anchored by a striking wooden sphere detail, this piece seamlessly bridges the gap between functional furniture and gallery-worthy art.
Why Choose This Piece?
- 100% Genuine Solid Wood: Handcrafted entirely from heavy-grade solid wood - never hollow MDF, particleboard, or synthetic veneers. Its dense timber construction provides remarkable weight, stability, and zero wobble.
- Masterful Hand-Carved Artistry: Skilled artisans carve, shape, and hand-sand every fluid curve and geometric sphere. The soft, rounded contours eliminate harsh edges, turning a simple side table into a captivating conversation starter.
- Authentic Solid Wood Character: Warm, rich tones showcase organic flowing grain pathways, subtle color variations, and natural timber knots - delivering a tactile, luxury finish that mass-produced factory items cannot replicate.
- Practical Everyday Utility: Despite its artistic silhouette, the smooth, circular tabletop offers a perfectly flat surface for your morning coffee, books, desk lamps, or decorative objects, while the wide weighted base ensures complete balance.
Ideal Placement
- Sofa & Armchair Companion: Nestles effortlessly alongside living room sofas, plush armchairs, or cozy reading nooks.
- Bedside & Boutique Spaces: Serves as a unique alternative to traditional nightstands in modern bedrooms, luxury hotel lounges, or art galleries.
Honest Limitations & Natural Characteristics
- Unique Grain & Tone Variations: Because each end table is crafted from natural solid wood, subtle differences in grain paths and organic knotting mean your table will be entirely one-of-a-kind.
- Weighted Base: Due to its solid wood build and dense sculptural shape, this piece carries substantial weight and must be set on a flat, level surface for maximum stability.
Furniture Placement
- Position your furniture away from direct sunlight, or use blinds or curtains to reduce sun exposure.
- Always set your furniture on a level surface to preserve its balance and structure.
Cleaning & Upkeep
- Regularly wipe down your furniture with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia, as these can ruin the finish and damage the wood.
Weight Capacity & Use
- Respect the recommended weight limit for each piece to ensure its durability.
- When moving furniture, lift it instead of dragging or pushing to prevent surface scratches or joint damage.
Preventing Mold & Mildew
- Quickly wipe up any spills to stop moisture from penetrating the wood.
- In areas with high humidity, use a dehumidifier to maintain an ideal moisture balance.

No two tables are ever the same
Every plank carries its own grain, color, and knots. These aren't flaws - they are time's signature, the fingerprint of a tree that lived for decades. When you touch a Ashdeco table, you're touching the years it stood through.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about our pieces, commissions, and care.
How long does shipping take?
In Vietnam: 3-5 days. International: 10-14 days. Larger pieces (tables, cabinets) may take longer due to custom crating. All shipments include tracking and insurance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated by weight + dimensions at checkout. You'll see the exact quote before paying.
How long does a commission take?
4-8 weeks depending on complexity. A 6-seater dining table takes ~6 weeks, a console cabinet ~4 weeks, a large sideboard ~8 weeks.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
50% deposit is required when you confirm sketches. The remaining 50% is due when the piece is finished, before shipping. Full refund within 48 hours of deposit if you change your mind.
How do I take care of my wood piece?
Wipe with a damp cloth — no chemicals. Apply wood oil 1-2 times per year (we include a starter bottle). Avoid direct sunlight and big humidity changes.
What if my piece develops cracks?
Wood expands and contracts with humidity — minor cracks are natural and part of the material. Major cracks within the first year: we fix free. After 1 year, we charge labor only.
Can I return a piece?
Ready-made pieces: 30-day returns (must arrive intact). Commissions: final sale (since they're custom-made for you). If anything arrives damaged, we'll repair or replace at no cost.
