Fluid Wave Architecture Meets Functional Statement Seating
Elevate your entryway foyer, gallery hallway, or living room sanctuary with this handcrafted sculptural solid wood bench by Ashdeco. Characterized by its dramatic double wave arch crest that flows seamlessly into rounded organic legs and a recessed seating base, this architectural statement piece elevates timber furniture into pure kinetic art. Designed as a captivating centerpiece, it offers a sturdy, balanced seating platform while casting graceful, open shadows across your living space.
Authentic Solid Wood Craftsmanship
Crafted entirely from genuine solid wood slabs, shaping the continuous sweeping double arch backrest, rounded hollow side loops, and substantial organic legs demands master-level artisan woodworking. Running your hands across the silky timber contours reveals the rich grain depth, warm walnut undertones, and substantial tactile presence of authentic wood. Every single bench possesses its own distinct natural identity - showcasing continuous grain flows following every twist of the curves, soft bullnose rims, and authentic timber knot signatures that deepen in character over time. A clear protective matte finish shields the wood against daily wear, ambient humidity, and dust while preserving its smooth, natural touch.

Honest Limitations & Maintenance
- Natural Wood Variations: As an authentic solid wood creation, natural variations in arch curvature, grain swirls, shade depth, and subtle timber knot signatures are genuine marks of real wood craft.
- Substantial Solid Wood Mass: Due to the dense, high-grade timber construction, this bench is heavy and grounded, ensuring complete anti-wobble seating stability.
- Bench Frame Only: This listing includes the solid wood bench frame only (seat cushion is not included); coat tree, framed wall art, coat, and area rug are sold separately.
- Care Instructions: Dust regularly with a soft, dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Promptly wipe away moisture and avoid abrasive chemical cleaners to preserve the smooth protective wood finish.
Furniture Placement
- Position your furniture away from direct sunlight, or use blinds or curtains to reduce sun exposure.
- Always set your furniture on a level surface to preserve its balance and structure.
Cleaning & Upkeep
- Regularly wipe down your furniture with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia, as these can ruin the finish and damage the wood.
Weight Capacity & Use
- Respect the recommended weight limit for each piece to ensure its durability.
- When moving furniture, lift it instead of dragging or pushing to prevent surface scratches or joint damage.
Preventing Mold & Mildew
- Quickly wipe up any spills to stop moisture from penetrating the wood.
- In areas with high humidity, use a dehumidifier to maintain an ideal moisture balance.

No two tables are ever the same
Every plank carries its own grain, color, and knots. These aren't flaws - they are time's signature, the fingerprint of a tree that lived for decades. When you touch a Ashdeco table, you're touching the years it stood through.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about our pieces, commissions, and care.
How long does shipping take?
In Vietnam: 3-5 days. International: 10-14 days. Larger pieces (tables, cabinets) may take longer due to custom crating. All shipments include tracking and insurance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated by weight + dimensions at checkout. You'll see the exact quote before paying.
How long does a commission take?
4-8 weeks depending on complexity. A 6-seater dining table takes ~6 weeks, a console cabinet ~4 weeks, a large sideboard ~8 weeks.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
50% deposit is required when you confirm sketches. The remaining 50% is due when the piece is finished, before shipping. Full refund within 48 hours of deposit if you change your mind.
How do I take care of my wood piece?
Wipe with a damp cloth — no chemicals. Apply wood oil 1-2 times per year (we include a starter bottle). Avoid direct sunlight and big humidity changes.
What if my piece develops cracks?
Wood expands and contracts with humidity — minor cracks are natural and part of the material. Major cracks within the first year: we fix free. After 1 year, we charge labor only.
Can I return a piece?
Ready-made pieces: 30-day returns (must arrive intact). Commissions: final sale (since they're custom-made for you). If anything arrives damaged, we'll repair or replace at no cost.
