Detailed information about this piece — tap a section to expand.
A natural log runs horizontal along your wall. Five mushroom stands rise from its surface at different heights, each one a carved stem topped with a wide cap, like a cluster of forest mushrooms sprouting from a fallen tree after rain.
Our artisans carve this piece from solid wood, keeping the natural shape and bark texture of the log base intact. The log mounts flat against the wall with the round, organic profile facing outward. Each mushroom stand grows upward from the log with its own carved stem and a broad cap on top, and the gill lines under every cap are carved by hand in a tight radial pattern.
5 upright mushroom stands at staggered heights. The tallest stand sits on the left end, tall enough for a potted ivy or trailing plant. Two medium stands rise from the center of the log, close enough together to display a ceramic bowl and a pair of small wooden cups as a group. A shorter stand holds a candle jar at the right-center. The rightmost stand matches the left in width, carrying a bundle of dried lavender or a similar accent piece. The varying heights create a natural skyline across the wall.
Prominent gill carving under every cap. Each mushroom cap features deeply carved gill lines fanning out from the stem to the outer rim. The gills on this piece are wide, evenly spaced, and carved deep enough to catch light from the side, creating a sunburst pattern visible from eye level. The gill detail is the signature visual element, visible even from across the room.
Natural log base with organic profile. The horizontal log is rounded and slightly tapered, thicker at one end and narrowing toward the other. Knot marks, subtle grain ridges, and natural curvature are preserved through the carving process. The ends of the log are finished smooth and rounded, not cut flat, giving the base a natural, found-wood character.
What goes into every piece:
• Solid wood throughout, log base and mushroom stands carved from one piece
• 5 upright mushroom stands at staggered heights
• Deep hand-carved gill lines under every cap in a radial sunburst pattern
• Natural log base with rounded profile, knots, and organic grain
• Smooth, rounded log ends
• Concealed wall-mount bracket system, all hardware included
Where it belongs. Above a kitchen counter for herbs and small jars. In an entryway for keys, a candle, and a small plant. Above a bathroom vanity. Along a hallway at eye level. Over a desk for desk accessories and a trailing succulent. The horizontal format fills wide wall spaces that vertical shelves leave empty, and the mushroom stands turn a simple ledge into a sculptural display.
Handcrafted by Vietnamese artisans. Every gill line, every mushroom stem, every curve of the log is shaped by hand. No molds. No machines. No two pieces alike.

No two tables are ever the same
Every plank carries its own grain, color, and knots. These aren't flaws - they are time's signature, the fingerprint of a tree that lived for decades. When you touch a Ashdeco table, you're touching the years it stood through.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about our pieces, commissions, and care.
How long does shipping take?
In Vietnam: 3-5 days. International: 10-14 days. Larger pieces (tables, cabinets) may take longer due to custom crating. All shipments include tracking and insurance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated by weight + dimensions at checkout. You'll see the exact quote before paying.
How long does a commission take?
4-8 weeks depending on complexity. A 6-seater dining table takes ~6 weeks, a console cabinet ~4 weeks, a large sideboard ~8 weeks.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
50% deposit is required when you confirm sketches. The remaining 50% is due when the piece is finished, before shipping. Full refund within 48 hours of deposit if you change your mind.
How do I take care of my wood piece?
Wipe with a damp cloth — no chemicals. Apply wood oil 1-2 times per year (we include a starter bottle). Avoid direct sunlight and big humidity changes.
What if my piece develops cracks?
Wood expands and contracts with humidity — minor cracks are natural and part of the material. Major cracks within the first year: we fix free. After 1 year, we charge labor only.
Can I return a piece?
Ready-made pieces: 30-day returns (must arrive intact). Commissions: final sale (since they're custom-made for you). If anything arrives damaged, we'll repair or replace at no cost.
