Everything you need to know
Detailed information about this piece — tap a section to expand.
A tree trunk rises from the corner where two walls meet. Four mushroom cap shelves branch outward from its sides, two reaching left and two reaching right, each one wide enough for a potted pothos, a desk clock, a glass vase of dried flowers, or a lit candle in a ceramic jar.
Corner-Mounted Tree Trunk Design
The trunk sits flush against a 90-degree wall corner, with the back edge following the vertical corner line. Each pair of shelves extends along a different wall, spreading the display across both surfaces of the corner. This layout turns the deadest spot in any room into a functional vertical garden, a display shelf, and a piece of wall sculpture all at once.
4 Wide Bracket Cap Shelves with Prominent Gill Carving
Each shelf is shaped like a bracket fungus growing from the trunk, wide and gently curved with a smooth polished top surface and deeply carved gill lines across the front face. The gills fan outward from where the cap meets the trunk to the outer curved edge, carved in tight, evenly spaced radial lines that catch side light from nearby windows.
Shelf layout and what each one holds:
• Top-left cap (largest): A potted golden pothos in a ceramic pot with trailing vines cascading over the carved gills. The widest shelf in the set, deep enough for a 5-inch pot.
• Middle-right cap: A wooden desk clock, a small framed photo, or a ceramic figurine. Positioned at eye level for items you glance at throughout the day.
• Lower-left cap: A glass bud vase with dried eucalyptus and strawflowers. Wide enough for a vase and a small accent piece beside it.
• Bottom-right cap: A lit soy candle in a ceramic jar. The warmth of candlelight at this height casts a soft glow upward across the trunk and lower gills.
Branch-Style Trunk with Natural Grain
The trunk is carved smooth with a warm golden-amber tone and visible grain lines running vertically from base to top. Where each shelf connects to the trunk, the junction is shaped as a natural Y-branch that flows from vertical stem into horizontal shelf without a visible joint or seam. The branching points add structural visual interest and reinforce the organic tree silhouette.

No two tables are ever the same
Every plank carries its own grain, color, and knots. These aren't flaws - they are time's signature, the fingerprint of a tree that lived for decades. When you touch a Ashdeco table, you're touching the years it stood through.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about our pieces, commissions, and care.
How long does shipping take?
In Vietnam: 3-5 days. International: 10-14 days. Larger pieces (tables, cabinets) may take longer due to custom crating. All shipments include tracking and insurance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated by weight + dimensions at checkout. You'll see the exact quote before paying.
How long does a commission take?
4-8 weeks depending on complexity. A 6-seater dining table takes ~6 weeks, a console cabinet ~4 weeks, a large sideboard ~8 weeks.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
50% deposit is required when you confirm sketches. The remaining 50% is due when the piece is finished, before shipping. Full refund within 48 hours of deposit if you change your mind.
How do I take care of my wood piece?
Wipe with a damp cloth — no chemicals. Apply wood oil 1-2 times per year (we include a starter bottle). Avoid direct sunlight and big humidity changes.
What if my piece develops cracks?
Wood expands and contracts with humidity — minor cracks are natural and part of the material. Major cracks within the first year: we fix free. After 1 year, we charge labor only.
Can I return a piece?
Ready-made pieces: 30-day returns (must arrive intact). Commissions: final sale (since they're custom-made for you). If anything arrives damaged, we'll repair or replace at no cost.
