Before joining the workshop, Kiet Phac was a construction engineer who walked away from city life at 35 - a decision his wife lovingly described as “completely crazy… but somehow correct.”
That mix of engineering logic and artistic instinct made him the go-to craftsman for the most complicated custom sizes in the shop. Strange dimensions, awkward corners, uneven walls - the kind of projects that make most people scratch their heads for an hour before reaching for coffee.

30-Day Support for Eligible Issues
If your piece arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact support@ashdeco.com within 30 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review your claim and arrange an appropriate return or replacement. Return shipping for approved claims is fully covered by Ashdeco.

How long does shipping take?
In Vietnam: 3-5 days. International: 10-14 days. Larger pieces (tables, cabinets) may take longer due to custom crating. All shipments include tracking and insurance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated by weight + dimensions at checkout. You'll see the exact quote before paying.
How long does a commission take?
4-8 weeks depending on complexity. A 6-seater dining table takes ~6 weeks, a console cabinet ~4 weeks, a large sideboard ~8 weeks.
50% deposit is required when you confirm sketches. The remaining 50% is due when the piece is finished, before shipping. Full refund within 48 hours of deposit if you change your mind.
How do I take care of my wood piece?
Wipe with a damp cloth — no chemicals. Apply wood oil 1-2 times per year (we include a starter bottle). Avoid direct sunlight and big humidity changes.
What if my piece develops cracks?
Wood expands and contracts with humidity — minor cracks are natural and part of the material. Major cracks within the first year: we fix free. After 1 year, we charge labor only.
Can I return a piece?
Ready-made pieces: 30-day returns (must arrive intact). Commissions: final sale (since they're custom-made for you). If anything arrives damaged, we'll repair or replace at no cost.
