Some pieces aren't decor - they're architecture. The ASHDECO Bark & Spore Mirror Frame Wall Shelf is cut from a single vertical section of tree trunk, bark intact, and shaped into a full-wall statement that combines a mirror frame with three live-edge display shelves. One trunk. One carver. One integrated piece that spans from near the floor to well above eye level.
The upper third holds a large circular mirror opening - not glazed, but fitted with a precisely cut wooden template that allows your customer to size and install their own mirror glass to exact specification. Above and below this opening, 3D relief mushrooms emerge from the wood: layered caps, textured stems, and small woodland growths carved deep enough to catch shadow. These aren't surface etchings - they're sculptural moments carved from the same tree.
Three live-edge shelves cantilever outward at staggered heights: a small perch on the upper left for a candle or vial, a mid-level right shelf for a small vase, and a wide through-trunk base shelf that extends to both sides - enough for a book stack, a ceramic mug, a trailing plant. The shelves mirror the natural asymmetry of the trunk itself, which bends in a subtle S-curve rather than running perfectly straight.
The bark is left untouched - dark, deeply fissured, almost black in places, contrasting hard against the warm honey-amber of the carved and polished areas. Every knot, burl, and growth scar remains visible. This isn't wood disguised as something else - it's wood celebrated for what it was.
At 78 inches in the large size, this piece fills an entire wall section: beside a bed as a headboard alternative, in an entryway, centered in a dining alcove, or as the anchor of a living room gallery wall. Medium and small sizes work for powder rooms, reading nooks, and compact spaces that still want a statement.
About the Mirror This is a mirror frame - glass is not included. The circular opening ships with a solid wood template plug that your local glass shop can use to cut a mirror to exact fit. Remove the template, drop in the mirror, and secure with the included mounting clips. It's a 15-minute install for a bespoke result.

How long does shipping take?
In Vietnam: 3-5 days. International: 10-14 days. Larger pieces (tables, cabinets) may take longer due to custom crating. All shipments include tracking and insurance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated by weight + dimensions at checkout. You'll see the exact quote before paying.
How long does a commission take?
4-8 weeks depending on complexity. A 6-seater dining table takes ~6 weeks, a console cabinet ~4 weeks, a large sideboard ~8 weeks.
50% deposit is required when you confirm sketches. The remaining 50% is due when the piece is finished, before shipping. Full refund within 48 hours of deposit if you change your mind.
How do I take care of my wood piece?
Wipe with a damp cloth — no chemicals. Apply wood oil 1-2 times per year (we include a starter bottle). Avoid direct sunlight and big humidity changes.
What if my piece develops cracks?
Wood expands and contracts with humidity — minor cracks are natural and part of the material. Major cracks within the first year: we fix free. After 1 year, we charge labor only.
Can I return a piece?
Ready-made pieces: 30-day returns (must arrive intact). Commissions: final sale (since they're custom-made for you). If anything arrives damaged, we'll repair or replace at no cost.
