Detailed information about this piece — tap a section to expand.
A carved tree trunk stands on the floor beside your sofa, armchair, or reading corner. Three mushroom cap platforms step outward at different heights for plants, books, and candles. A small branch stub at mid-height holds your coffee mug or tea cup while you read.
Floor-Standing Freestanding Design
This is not a wall shelf. The trunk stands upright on a wide, stable disc base that sits directly on the floor. No wall mounting, no brackets, no drilling into walls. Place it beside a sofa as a side table. Next to a reading chair as a plant stand. In a bedroom corner as a nightstand alternative. In an entryway to hold keys, a small plant, and a candle. Move it anywhere in the room as your layout changes.
3 Tiered Mushroom Cap Platforms
Three mushroom caps branch from the trunk at staggered heights, each one a polished round platform with hand-carved gill lines on the underside.
• Top cap (highest, widest): The main display shelf. Wide enough for a potted monstera in a ceramic planter, a stack of three hardcover books, or a table lamp and a small vase side by side. This is the surface you use most.
• Middle cap: Extends from the opposite side at mid-height. Holds a beeswax candle in a glass jar, a small succulent, or a decorative wooden bowl.
• Lower cap: Sits near the base on the same side as the top. Holds a trailing pothos in a ceramic pot, a crystal cluster, or a pair of small figurines.
Branch Cup Holder
A short, smooth branch stub extends from the trunk between the middle and lower caps. The stub is carved with a shallow Y-notch at the tip, shaped to cradle the handle of a standard coffee mug or tea cup. Set your drink down while you read, then pick it up without reaching to a separate side table. The branch holds mugs up to 12 oz comfortably.
Stable Disc Base
The trunk stands on a wide, thick disc base carved from the same piece of wood. The base is flat on the bottom with a polished top surface showing the end-grain ring pattern of the wood. A felt pad underneath protects hardwood and tile floors from scratches.

No two tables are ever the same
Every plank carries its own grain, color, and knots. These aren't flaws - they are time's signature, the fingerprint of a tree that lived for decades. When you touch a Ashdeco table, you're touching the years it stood through.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about our pieces, commissions, and care.
How long does shipping take?
In Vietnam: 3-5 days. International: 10-14 days. Larger pieces (tables, cabinets) may take longer due to custom crating. All shipments include tracking and insurance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated by weight + dimensions at checkout. You'll see the exact quote before paying.
How long does a commission take?
4-8 weeks depending on complexity. A 6-seater dining table takes ~6 weeks, a console cabinet ~4 weeks, a large sideboard ~8 weeks.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
50% deposit is required when you confirm sketches. The remaining 50% is due when the piece is finished, before shipping. Full refund within 48 hours of deposit if you change your mind.
How do I take care of my wood piece?
Wipe with a damp cloth — no chemicals. Apply wood oil 1-2 times per year (we include a starter bottle). Avoid direct sunlight and big humidity changes.
What if my piece develops cracks?
Wood expands and contracts with humidity — minor cracks are natural and part of the material. Major cracks within the first year: we fix free. After 1 year, we charge labor only.
Can I return a piece?
Ready-made pieces: 30-day returns (must arrive intact). Commissions: final sale (since they're custom-made for you). If anything arrives damaged, we'll repair or replace at no cost.
