Minh Van
Master Craftsman
Minh Van started learning the trade at 20, when his father dragged him into the workshop, handed him a chisel, and gave him exactly one piece of advice: “Just hit the wood. If you mess up, the wood’ll let you know.”

Artisanal Solid Wood Fluted Drapery Wall Clock Panel & Sculptural 3D Wave Relief Wall Art
Transform an ordinary wall into an architectural masterpiece with our Artisanal Solid Wood Fluted Drapery Wall Clock Panel. Hand-carved entirely from genuine solid wood, this grand vertical timepiece combines high-relief contemporary sculpture with precise, quiet timekeeping. Defined by dramatic vertical carved folds reminiscent of flowing drapery or liquid timber, it frames a circular inset dial, creating an ever-changing interplay of natural light and shadow throughout the day.
- Authentic Solid Wood Craftsmanship: Hand-sculpted from 100% genuine solid timber - never molded resin, lightweight foam, or engineered composite boards wrapped in imitation veneer. The authentic spirit of real wood comes alive across each deeply scooped furrow: continuous flowing grain, organic warmth, and gentle tonal shifts that elevate your interior with unrepeatable character.
- Sculptural Statement Meets Everyday Function: While functioning as a museum-grade dimensional art panel, it provides reliable everyday horology. The round dial features precision-carved index hour and minute batons with minimalist matching hands driven by a silent sweep quartz movement, ensuring restful, tick-free tranquility in any room.
- Standard Specifications & Thickness: Hand-carved with a substantial solid wood standard thickness of around 2 inches (approx. 5.1 cm) to allow for deep, undulating relief valleys while ensuring lasting resistance to warping. If your space requires an ultra-deep architectural slab or a slimmer profile, thickness can be customized thicker or thinner for an additional fee.

Ideal Placement:
- Modern Living Room Lounge: Mounted above a low-profile sofa, daybed, or credenza to anchor a high-ceiling living space.
- Grand Entryway & Foyer: Creates a striking arrival statement combining acoustic-dampening wood textures with effortless time checks.
- Boutique Office or Penthouse Studio: Complements bouclé upholstery, travertine stone, and organic modern minimalism.
- Fully Customizable Dimensions: Because wall proportions differ, we offer complete bespoke sizing for panel height, width, clock dial diameter, and carve depth. To tailor custom dimensions to your exact architectural space, please contact our customer support team for tailored design assistance and an accurate quote.
- Honest Limitations & Hanging Guidance: Genuine solid wood is an organic material; subtle grain variations, fine natural timber marks, and minute seasonal movement in response to indoor ambient humidity are hallmarks of authentic wood, not defects. Due to the solid timber construction, this panel must be securely anchored into wall studs using heavy-duty French cleat hardware. Wipe gently with a soft, lint-free cloth and avoid mounting directly over heating vents or radiators.
Furniture Placement
- Position your furniture away from direct sunlight, or use blinds or curtains to reduce sun exposure.
- Always set your furniture on a level surface to preserve its balance and structure.
Cleaning & Upkeep
- Regularly wipe down your furniture with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia, as these can ruin the finish and damage the wood.
Weight Capacity & Use
- Respect the recommended weight limit for each piece to ensure its durability.
- When moving furniture, lift it instead of dragging or pushing to prevent surface scratches or joint damage.
Preventing Mold & Mildew
- Quickly wipe up any spills to stop moisture from penetrating the wood.
- In areas with high humidity, use a dehumidifier to maintain an ideal moisture balance.

No two tables are ever the same
Every plank carries its own grain, color, and knots. These aren't flaws - they are time's signature, the fingerprint of a tree that lived for decades. When you touch a Ashdeco table, you're touching the years it stood through.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about our pieces, commissions, and care.
How long does shipping take?
In Vietnam: 3-5 days. International: 10-14 days. Larger pieces (tables, cabinets) may take longer due to custom crating. All shipments include tracking and insurance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated by weight + dimensions at checkout. You'll see the exact quote before paying.
How long does a commission take?
4-8 weeks depending on complexity. A 6-seater dining table takes ~6 weeks, a console cabinet ~4 weeks, a large sideboard ~8 weeks.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
50% deposit is required when you confirm sketches. The remaining 50% is due when the piece is finished, before shipping. Full refund within 48 hours of deposit if you change your mind.
How do I take care of my wood piece?
Wipe with a damp cloth — no chemicals. Apply wood oil 1-2 times per year (we include a starter bottle). Avoid direct sunlight and big humidity changes.
What if my piece develops cracks?
Wood expands and contracts with humidity — minor cracks are natural and part of the material. Major cracks within the first year: we fix free. After 1 year, we charge labor only.
Can I return a piece?
Ready-made pieces: 30-day returns (must arrive intact). Commissions: final sale (since they're custom-made for you). If anything arrives damaged, we'll repair or replace at no cost.
