Sinuous Living Art Meets Contemplative Timekeeping
Transform your entryway pillar, architectural corridor, or gallery living room wall with this handcrafted sculptural biomorphic solid wood wall clock by Ashdeco. Characterized by its elongated, totem-like silhouette with organic negative-space hollows, this piece redefines functional timekeeping as an expressive wall sculpture. Centered with clean numeric typography and brass-finished hands carved directly into the contoured timber body, it effortlessly commands vertical wall spaces, introducing a calming, biophilic cadence to your home.
Authentic Hand-Carved Solid Wood Craftsmanship
Crafted entirely from a single substantial block of genuine solid wood, sculpting the smooth, rounded apertures and fluid teardrop contours demands master-level artisan woodworking. Running your hands across the silky timber surface reveals the rich grain depth, warm honey-walnut undertones, and substantial tactile presence of authentic wood. Every single timepiece possesses its own distinct natural identity - showcasing continuous grain flows wrapping organically around each hollow cavity, soft bullnose edges, and authentic timber knot signatures that deepen in character over time. A silent, non-ticking high-torque quartz movement powers the minimalist brass hands, while a protective clear matte seal shields the timber against ambient humidity and dust.
Why Choose This Biomorphic Vertical Wall Clock?
- Elongated Totem Sculpture: Narrow vertical profile draws the eye upward, making it the ideal focal point for accent columns, narrow hallway walls, or entry alcoves.
- Hand-Sculpted Organic Apertures: Sculptural through-holes create dramatic light-and-shadow play against white and textured plaster walls alike.
- Whisper-Quiet Quartz Movement: High-precision, non-ticking mechanism ensures completely silent operation for peaceful bedrooms, quiet studies, and meditation corners.
- Flush Concealed Hanging Bracket: Engineered with a heavy-duty recessed keyhole mount on the reverse for a secure, completely flush wall presentation.
- Versatile Modern Aesthetic: Pairs effortlessly with Japandi, organic modern, mid-century modern, Scandinavian, and wabi-sabi minimalist interiors.

Honest Limitations & Maintenance
- Natural Wood Variations: As an authentic hand-carved solid wood creation, natural variations in timber grain pattern, hollow symmetry, and subtle wood knot signatures are genuine marks of real wood craft.
- Wall Anchoring Recommended: Due to the dense solid timber weight, using a sturdy drywall anchor or screwing directly into a wall stud is recommended for secure installation.
- Wall Clock Only: This listing includes the solid wood wall clock with installed quartz mechanism and mounting hardware only (requires 1 AA battery, not included); adjacent artwork and hallway decor are sold separately.
- Care Instructions: Dust gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth along the hollow contours. Do not use chemical cleaners or spray liquids directly onto the clock face to protect the wood finish and internal quartz movement.
Furniture Placement
- Position your furniture away from direct sunlight, or use blinds or curtains to reduce sun exposure.
- Always set your furniture on a level surface to preserve its balance and structure.
Cleaning & Upkeep
- Regularly wipe down your furniture with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia, as these can ruin the finish and damage the wood.
Weight Capacity & Use
- Respect the recommended weight limit for each piece to ensure its durability.
- When moving furniture, lift it instead of dragging or pushing to prevent surface scratches or joint damage.
Preventing Mold & Mildew
- Quickly wipe up any spills to stop moisture from penetrating the wood.
- In areas with high humidity, use a dehumidifier to maintain an ideal moisture balance.

No two tables are ever the same
Every plank carries its own grain, color, and knots. These aren't flaws - they are time's signature, the fingerprint of a tree that lived for decades. When you touch a Ashdeco table, you're touching the years it stood through.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about our pieces, commissions, and care.
How long does shipping take?
In Vietnam: 3-5 days. International: 10-14 days. Larger pieces (tables, cabinets) may take longer due to custom crating. All shipments include tracking and insurance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated by weight + dimensions at checkout. You'll see the exact quote before paying.
How long does a commission take?
4-8 weeks depending on complexity. A 6-seater dining table takes ~6 weeks, a console cabinet ~4 weeks, a large sideboard ~8 weeks.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
50% deposit is required when you confirm sketches. The remaining 50% is due when the piece is finished, before shipping. Full refund within 48 hours of deposit if you change your mind.
How do I take care of my wood piece?
Wipe with a damp cloth — no chemicals. Apply wood oil 1-2 times per year (we include a starter bottle). Avoid direct sunlight and big humidity changes.
What if my piece develops cracks?
Wood expands and contracts with humidity — minor cracks are natural and part of the material. Major cracks within the first year: we fix free. After 1 year, we charge labor only.
Can I return a piece?
Ready-made pieces: 30-day returns (must arrive intact). Commissions: final sale (since they're custom-made for you). If anything arrives damaged, we'll repair or replace at no cost.
