Transform an expansive blank wall into an architectural centerpiece with our Artisanal Horizontal Live Edge Solid Wood Wall Clock. Carved entirely from an authentic solid wood cross-section, this oversized statement timepiece celebrates the raw, sculptural poetry of living timber. Featuring sweeping organic contours, exposed natural live edges, and dynamic wood grain patterns, it effortlessly balances rustic biophilic warmth with precise modern timekeeping.
- Authentic Solid Wood Craftsmanship: Handcrafted from 100% genuine solid timber - never composite particleboard, lightweight resin casting, or paper-thin imitation veneers. The raw soul of authentic wood is preserved across every inch: flowing concentric annual rings, natural knots, organic edge bark textures, and warm tone variations. Because no two trees grow identically, each clock panel is an unrepeatable collector's piece.
- Monumental Wall Art Meets Functional Horology: Designed to stretch horizontally across accent walls, this clock functions simultaneously as an oversized gallery installation and an effortless daily timepiece. The central clock face features clean minimalist index markers paired with bold cardinal numerals (12, 3, 6, 9) and matte black hands. Driven by a silent quartz sweep mechanism, it maintains accurate time without any disruptive ticking sounds.
- Standard Specifications & Thickness: Hand-finished with a substantial solid wood standard thickness of around 2 inches (approx. 5.1 cm) to guarantee structural integrity and prevent seasonal cupping across wide spans. If your project requires an ultra-thick statement slab or a lighter profile, thickness can be adjusted custom thicker or thinner for an additional fee.

Ideal Placement:
- Living Room Entertainment Wall: Mounted directly above a media console, low credenza, or long sofa to visually ground wide open layouts.
- Dining Room Focal Wall: Complements large wooden dining tables, woven textiles, and warm ambient lighting.
- Executive Office or Boutique Lounge: Adds rich acoustic softness and a grounded, organic focal point behind seating areas.
- Fully Customizable Dimensions: Because wall widths and layout scales vary, we offer complete bespoke sizing for overall width, vertical height, slab thickness, and dial styles. To configure tailored measurements for your space, please contact our customer support team for personalized guidance and an accurate quote.
- Honest Limitations & Hanging Guidance: Genuine solid wood is a living medium; subtle variations in edge contours, natural grain swirls, and microscopic movement responding to seasonal room humidity are natural signatures of authenticity, not flaws. Due to the significant weight of a solid timber slab, this clock must be securely mounted into wall studs using heavy-duty French cleat hardware. Dust gently with a soft, lint-free cloth and keep away from intense direct heating sources or radiators.
Furniture Placement
- Position your furniture away from direct sunlight, or use blinds or curtains to reduce sun exposure.
- Always set your furniture on a level surface to preserve its balance and structure.
Cleaning & Upkeep
- Regularly wipe down your furniture with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia, as these can ruin the finish and damage the wood.
Weight Capacity & Use
- Respect the recommended weight limit for each piece to ensure its durability.
- When moving furniture, lift it instead of dragging or pushing to prevent surface scratches or joint damage.
Preventing Mold & Mildew
- Quickly wipe up any spills to stop moisture from penetrating the wood.
- In areas with high humidity, use a dehumidifier to maintain an ideal moisture balance.

No two tables are ever the same
Every plank carries its own grain, color, and knots. These aren't flaws - they are time's signature, the fingerprint of a tree that lived for decades. When you touch a Ashdeco table, you're touching the years it stood through.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about our pieces, commissions, and care.
How long does shipping take?
In Vietnam: 3-5 days. International: 10-14 days. Larger pieces (tables, cabinets) may take longer due to custom crating. All shipments include tracking and insurance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated by weight + dimensions at checkout. You'll see the exact quote before paying.
How long does a commission take?
4-8 weeks depending on complexity. A 6-seater dining table takes ~6 weeks, a console cabinet ~4 weeks, a large sideboard ~8 weeks.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
50% deposit is required when you confirm sketches. The remaining 50% is due when the piece is finished, before shipping. Full refund within 48 hours of deposit if you change your mind.
How do I take care of my wood piece?
Wipe with a damp cloth — no chemicals. Apply wood oil 1-2 times per year (we include a starter bottle). Avoid direct sunlight and big humidity changes.
What if my piece develops cracks?
Wood expands and contracts with humidity — minor cracks are natural and part of the material. Major cracks within the first year: we fix free. After 1 year, we charge labor only.
Can I return a piece?
Ready-made pieces: 30-day returns (must arrive intact). Commissions: final sale (since they're custom-made for you). If anything arrives damaged, we'll repair or replace at no cost.
