Master Craftsman
Alex Nguyen never went to woodworking school. Everything he knows came from watching, testing, failing, and spending his first two years ruining more pieces of wood than he’d probably like to admit in public.

Transform your daily ritual into a spa-like experience with our Live Edge Floating Vanity. A perfect harmony of raw nature and Organic Modern design, this piece brings an undeniable warmth and sophisticated character to the modern bathroom, turning a functional necessity into a breathtaking focal point.
The Soul of Authentic Solid Wood
The essence of this vanity lies in its premium solid wood construction. By preserving the "live edge," we honor the natural silhouette of the tree, ensuring that every curve tells a unique story of growth. You can see and feel the authentic grain patterns, deep tonal richness, and natural knots that define real timber. Unlike cold, synthetic surfaces, solid wood provides a tactile warmth that grounds your space, creating a serene environment that matures beautifully over time.
Artisan Sculpture with High-Performance Function
This vanity is engineered to withstand the specific demands of a bathroom environment while maintaining its gallery-worthy aesthetic:
- Sculptural Edge Design: The front profile is hand-sculpted to accentuate its natural undulations, softening the hard lines of tile and stone and adding a layer of fluid artistry to your decor.
- Specialized Moisture Protection: To ensure longevity in humid environments, the wood is treated with a high-performance, water-resistant finish. This protects the grain from splashes and moisture while retaining the natural matte feel of the timber.
- Invisible Floating Support: The wall-mounted "floating" design maximizes floor space, creating an airy, minimalist look that makes even smaller bathrooms feel expansive and easier to clean.
Ideal Placement & Styling
The Live Edge Vanity is the ultimate statement piece for various interior visions:
- Master Suite Sanctuary: Pair it with a white ceramic or natural stone vessel sink to create a high-contrast, luxurious aesthetic.
- Japandi & Zen Interiors: Complements gray stone tiles or concrete textures perfectly, fostering a sense of stillness and organic minimalism.
Honest Limitations
At Ashdeco, we celebrate the unique. Because each vanity is crafted from natural solid wood, no two slabs are ever identical. Your piece will feature its own distinct curvature and grain character, meaning it will vary slightly from the catalog image. To maintain the wood's pristine condition, we recommend wiping away standing water after use and avoiding harsh chemical cleaners that may strip the protective finish.
Tailored to Your Sanctuary (Custom Sizes Available)
We understand that every bathroom layout is unique. This design is fully available for Custom Size requests, allowing you to specify the exact length, depth, and thickness to accommodate your plumbing and vessel sink preferences perfectly.
Furniture Placement
- Position your furniture away from direct sunlight, or use blinds or curtains to reduce sun exposure.
- Always set your furniture on a level surface to preserve its balance and structure.
Cleaning & Upkeep
- Regularly wipe down your furniture with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia, as these can ruin the finish and damage the wood.
Weight Capacity & Use
- Respect the recommended weight limit for each piece to ensure its durability.
- When moving furniture, lift it instead of dragging or pushing to prevent surface scratches or joint damage.
Preventing Mold & Mildew
- Quickly wipe up any spills to stop moisture from penetrating the wood.
- In areas with high humidity, use a dehumidifier to maintain an ideal moisture balance.

No two tables are ever the same
Every plank carries its own grain, color, and knots. These aren't flaws - they are time's signature, the fingerprint of a tree that lived for decades. When you touch a Ashdeco table, you're touching the years it stood through.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about our pieces, commissions, and care.
How long does shipping take?
In Vietnam: 3-5 days. International: 10-14 days. Larger pieces (tables, cabinets) may take longer due to custom crating. All shipments include tracking and insurance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated by weight + dimensions at checkout. You'll see the exact quote before paying.
How long does a commission take?
4-8 weeks depending on complexity. A 6-seater dining table takes ~6 weeks, a console cabinet ~4 weeks, a large sideboard ~8 weeks.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
50% deposit is required when you confirm sketches. The remaining 50% is due when the piece is finished, before shipping. Full refund within 48 hours of deposit if you change your mind.
How do I take care of my wood piece?
Wipe with a damp cloth — no chemicals. Apply wood oil 1-2 times per year (we include a starter bottle). Avoid direct sunlight and big humidity changes.
What if my piece develops cracks?
Wood expands and contracts with humidity — minor cracks are natural and part of the material. Major cracks within the first year: we fix free. After 1 year, we charge labor only.
Can I return a piece?
Ready-made pieces: 30-day returns (must arrive intact). Commissions: final sale (since they're custom-made for you). If anything arrives damaged, we'll repair or replace at no cost.
