01Will my books actually fit?

Overall depth and usable shelf depth are different. The Wall Shelf lists 8″ overall depth; this doesn’t confirm an 8″ usable surface on every part of the shelf.

Measure your largest book’s height and depth. Ask for the usable dimensions of the specific shelf and its rated load, including how the piece is mounted. Branch spacing also matters for tall objects.

Ask us: “Will these books fit, and what load is each shelf designed to carry?”

02What does my wall need?

The wall is part of the installation. Wall material, product weight and intended contents determine the fixing requirements. A photograph cannot establish those limits.

The Daybed listing recommends structural studs or masonry for anchoring. Confirm the exact piece’s installation guide and hardware with Ashdeco and a qualified installer. Don’t assume the Daybed is an alternative when you cannot anchor to a wall.

03Will my piece look like this one?

Natural wood has individual character. Grain, tone and branch form can vary. Product photographs describe a design; a customer’s custom piece is one individual example.

Tell Ashdeco which visual details matter to you before ordering. For made-to-order work, photos and videos are shared after ordering, with agreed adjustments and a final review before packing.

Ask us: “Which details are fixed, and which will vary in my piece?”

04Can it get into my room?

Fitting the wall is only the first check. Measure the narrowest doorway, stair turn and route to the room. Overall assembled size does not tell you the package or largest component size.

Ask for packed dimensions, largest section, assembly steps and handling needs. Confirm the current production and delivery estimate for your destination before planning around a date.

The Tree Bookshelf is 60″W × 70″H. The selected Daybed is 72″W × 78″H × 24″D. The Tree Wall Shelf is 50″W × 65″H × 8″D. Measure your wall, floor clearance and access route; confirm installation requirements on the product page.

Will the wood look exactly like the photos?

Natural wood brings variations in grain, color and shape. Customer room photos show an individual custom piece. Use the product photos as a design reference and discuss specific requirements with Ashdeco.

What should I know about installation?

Wall type and the weight of the chosen piece matter. Confirm suitable supports and mounting hardware for your room before ordering. The Daybed product page recommends structural studs or masonry for wall anchoring.

How does delivery work?

Ashdeco currently offers free shipping on all orders. For made-to-order pieces, packing and dispatch follow final approval. Production and transit times depend on the piece and destination; confirm timing before ordering for a specific occasion.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

Contact Ashdeco with your order details and photos. The stated return policy covers manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 30 days of delivery, subject to its conditions. Read the current policy on the product page before ordering.
